BUYING VISITS

We welcome people who want to visit the United States to view some of the homes on our websites as well as the current listing at the time of your visit.

Please be aware that we charge uncommitted clients who have not reserved a home prior to coming an hourly the rate of $50 USD/£25 per hour.

There is a minimum fee of $250 dollars charged for this service. We charge these fees to deter time wasters.

The minimum $250 dollars guarantees 5 hours of travel time, property showing and discussion time, etc. Other services requested during your visit are charged separately as extra charges.

Meals, drinks, refreshments, fuel, hotel, car hire cost are extra costs over and above our hourly fees.

Genuine and serious home buyers should budget for at least 10 Hours visit. This will include visits to houses for sale, lawyers, letting agents and mortgage brokers where applicable.

We do not charge our committed clients any hourly fee for showing them homes during their shopping/inspection visit. Their deposit already paid to reserve at least one home makes them eligible for our time and attention.
