We always do our best to assist all buyers. We will NOT charge you a fee to find you a reputable firm.

Property Uprading For Re-sale:

Some properties are being bought to be upgraded, improved, and refurbished completely in order to relaese it back unto the market at a profitable price. We can assist you for a nominal fee by obtaining estimates for you for such work to be carried out and also assist you to get an appraisal for the finished product after refurbishment in order to determine your project profit margin.

Re-Sale After Refurbishment:

We can assist you to sell the property for a standard fee after it is refurbishment and will try to acheive a quick sale for you at the earliest time possible, making it easier for you to release your equity and move on to your next project.
